After two years of planning and construction of facilities and communications system, MACC went online January 1997. The Board of Directors is the governing body of MACC. The administrative staff consists of a Director, Administrative Services Manager and part time 911 MSAG/Mapping Clerk. A Communications Supervisor and two Shift Supervisors oversee the 911 Telecommunicators. MACC's telecommunicators not only dispatch, but are also call takers.
